Art of Ki

Lesson 2 - Thought

When learning the art of ki, you will start to have more goals set toward you, and, more achievements to accomplish. You must remember, the practice of ki is to, have better health; stopping diseases and viruses to infect your body, plus, making you live longer. Have a healthy inside body, and, to bring the bones and other limbs to their maximum.

Moving on, you can go to the next step, by, having a much higher mentality state, with many great accomplishments. You can view objects through a "heavenly eye" or, see through certain objects with a "wisdom eye." You can even move certain things with a "Dharma eye" and then some. Now that you have learned of this, one may go out and practice immediately on this, to perfect their bodies. I suggest taking this now, as, you have no master to teach you. Knowing this, do not leave this practice, because, one cannot go half way on a practice such as this.

You must grow more and more with your ki practice, so, don't overdo it. It is not some kind of martial arts, or, dancing, or, even an aerobic exercise. There are not very many external effects of this exercise, but, internal will come, in a couple weeks, or a month.

Now, we must move on to something that can bring you off this practice. Being bored can be one of them. Being bored will not let you study as hard, thus, the impatience. The other thing is, the lost of interest will lead to some not very going into it practice. By that I mean you will treat it as a chore. You shouldn't force yourself into it, and, make yourself work at it all the time. You should more or less, take time out, and read some more of ki practice, as to not make a mistake that you are probably making. When reading them, always do not think they are making it up. This has been around since almost the beginning of time. You must never underestimate the power of this practice.

But, beware of the hardships that will lie ahead. When you are starting at this, you can bring your body and mind to its maximum. When you go to into more levels of ki, more and more pain will follow. Why you ask? Training every other day for thirty minutes a day can be hard, but ten hours can be harder.
